Twist ,  Twist ,  Twist

Twist it till you get the desired look you want.  Remember  that you have to have a even heat for a even twist.

After you have the twist you want you can use the vice jaws to straighten the handle out.  Moving on....
Place the handle in the vice and bend the 2" tab up into the air.  Flatten the short end and give it a nice finish.  I was taught a cut end shouldn't be left unfinished.

Flatten the end for about 2 1/2" - 3"and let cool slowly.  Cut down the center and stop at the end of the flattened area.  Need to be careful to stop in the center of the piece.

Heat the split and use the hot cut hardy to create a Y.   Put the Y over the edge and make a T.  Point one end and clean it up to a nice tapper.  Measure it and make the other side matches.  Once both sides are even you can shape your fork.  This is the last step.  Enjoy your fork.
